The processes we employ to produce architectural renderings, walkthroughs and architectural models are interactive.

We have teams of 3D modellers and graphic artists lead by post graduate architects employing the latest in visualization software. With access to a large library of image cells to create architectural images there are several steps to completing your visions.

On receipt of your brief there are 5 stages.

1. We take your floor plans, site plan and elevation drawings in AutoCAD (.dwg) format and produce rendered models within 3ds Max from the camera angles you have chosen.

2. We contact your material suppliers and, using the materials you specify, assign textures and colours to the model and render it within post production to create as life like an image as possible.

3. We send the rendered model to you for comment, approval or mark up.

4. On acceptance of the technical interpretation of design we can offer different rendering styles from photo realistic to water colour effect.

5. On acceptance of the 3D rendered model we create the context. For photo realistic planning montages we scale and locate the rendered model into a digital photograph, whereas for marketing images we highlight the features that will realise your marketing vision for the development. This stage may take several reviews and we change as many times that are necessary to exceed your expectations.

Completion times for architectural visualisations are under 2 weeks.

Similar logical steps are applied to the production of animations with additional feedback from you as to story board (duration, special effects, points to highlight, etc) and the route map. Animation lead times will be dependent upon the scale of the development and the time required.

For architectural models we send work-in progress photos to you for approval at all key stages.
